\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u3067\u306f\u3001\u8fd1\u5e74\u65b0\u898f\u6297\u30a6\u30a4\u30eb\u30b9\u6cbb\u7642\u85ac\u3068\u3057\u3066\u671f\u5f85\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308bLocked nucleic acid\u3092\u7528\u3044\u305fRNA\u5206\u89e3\u578b\u30a2\u30f3\u30c1\u30bb\u30f3\u30b9\u6838\u9178\uff08LNA gapmer\uff09\u304c\u65e5\u672c\u8133\u708e\u30a6\u30a4\u30eb\u30b9\u306e\u5897\u6b96\u3092\u6291\u5236\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u868a\u5a92\u4ecb\u6027\u30d5\u30e9\u30d3\u30a6\u30a4\u30eb\u30b9\u3067\u521d\u3081\u3066\u8a3c\u660e\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f. \u307e\u305f\u3001LNA gapmer\u306e\u5869\u57fa\u914d\u5217\u304a\u3088\u3073\u4fee\u98fe\u6838\u9178\u7279\u7570\u7684\u306a\u30a6\u30a4\u30eb\u30b9RNA\u5206\u89e3\u30e1\u30ab\u30cb\u30ba\u30e0\u3092\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f. \u3055\u3089\u306b\u3001\u672cLNA gapmer\u306e\u30d2\u30c8\u795e\u7d4c\u82bd\u7d30\u80de\u816b\u7531\u6765\u7d30\u80de\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u6709\u52b9\u6027\u304a\u3088\u3073\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u306a\u3089\u3073\u306b\u7570\u306a\u308b\u907a\u4f1d\u5b50\u578b\u3092\u793a\u3059\u69d8\u3005\u306a\u65e5\u672c\u8133\u708e\u30a6\u30a4\u30eb\u30b9\u91ce\u5916\u682a\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u5e45\u5e83\u304f\u9069\u7528\u3067\u304d\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3092\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
